Draft Reply Request for Deferment and Payment of Interest in Installments Under Section 80

?We are writing in reference to the demand for interest under the CGST Act, 2017. Due to financial constraints, we are unable to make full payment in one installment.

?As per Section 80 of the CGST Act and Rule 158, we request permission to pay the interest in installments. We have already filed DRC-20 for this purpose, and we acknowledge that any default in payment will make the remaining amount due immediately.
