Introducing the New DRC-03A Form!

The DRC-03A form is now live on the portal, following its introduction on July 10th via Notification No. 12/2024. ?????

? Why is this significant: Many taxpayers have faced challenges with voluntary payments through the DRC-03 form, often missing crucial demand orders. The new DRC-03A form addresses this by enabling you to accurately offset these payments, ensuring that liabilities are properly settled and preventing further recovery actions.

? How does it work :Simply input the ARN number from your DRC-03 form and the demand order reference number into DRC-03A. This process ensures that your liability is cleared, providing formal acknowledgment of your payment. This step is particularly important with the upcoming interest and penalty waiver program on the horizon.

?If you’ve already utilized DRC-03, be sure to submit the DRC-03A form to maintain compliance!
