GST Updates

1- GST collections touch a record high of Rs 1.87 lakh crore in April 2023.

2- Businesses with an annual turnover exceeding Rs 100 crore from May 1, 2023, will have to upload their electronic invoices on the Invoice Registration Portal (IRP) within seven days of the issue of such invoices.

3- Bring automated GST return scrutiny system by next week: Sitharaman asks CBIC. Ready to face more heat.

4- Revocation of GST Registration Beyond Limitation Period can be Reapplied as per Latest GST Notification: Karnataka HC allows to File Revocation Application.
